Cofounders of Habitus Architecture received the sertificate from SARAT which is a safeguarding cultural heritage project of The British Institute at Ankara.
Habitus places emphasis on academic area for so long as knowing architecture is a multilayered disiplin. Pınar Bayraktar coordinate Architectural Design 1 and 4 Studio until 2015 in the Department of Architecture Y.T.U. On the other hand, she attended the Architectural Design 7 (diploma jury) studio as a jury member in autumn period. Prof. Dr. Ayşen Ciravoğlu leading this program which has “Ecologic Rejenaration” topic.
Pınar Bayraktar published the MSc. thesis from Architectural Design Program of Yıldız Technical University with the adviser Assoc. Prof. Dr. F. Pınar Arabacıoğlu on january 2019. At the same time, in this scope she presented the study “Reorganizing the symbolic destruction areas as memorial parks in the post-war cities “ in the 1st International Sempozium in Dicle University.
In this thesis, rehabilitation of post war cities are studied with design perspective which includes social memory and urban context. The first city Hiroşima, that completely destroyed by atom bomb, analized with “Event-Cities” the approach of Bernard Tschumi. In this way, she formed a frame for qualified and whole design method of post-war cities.

TMMOB Chamber of Architects of İstanbul, Archaeologists Assosiation İstanbul Branch and Chamber of City Planners of İstanbul made collective organization about the main topic “urban archeology”. Istanbul which has lots of layers and in this way has an unique importance, this workshop became very important begining with panels, site visits and presentations during three days. There were group workshops in different places of İstanbul, discuss about how is the conservation methods of archeologic areas in urban area. Simge Balcı attended the workshop group “Myrelaion Rotond”, contribute in site visits and common presentation.

In this study, the conservation of the urban voids in historical areas is investigated; the definition of the urban void and its formations, classification and conservation problems are discussed. The value of voids which is as an excluded area from conservation discipline until recently is explained and their important role in the historical and cultural sustainability of the city is emphasized. The examinations of Divanyolu and its surroundings are the scope of this thesis.
